All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. During periods of high volume, processing time may be extended.
Fixed Shipping Rates
$9.99 for all products except rods which is up to $40.00. We offer free shipping for orders above $50.00. This will be noted at the top of our page.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10 am to 6 pm Monday through Saturday excluding holidays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@copperstatetackle.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
