Ryugi SLIDE PIERCE Hook is specifically designed for backslide rigs.  Its unique Slide Piercing system allows the eye position to be adjusted forward or backward using a specialized worm keeper.  This flexibility shifts the rig’s fulcrum and center of gravity, making it easier to fine-tune the fall angle and speed.  For even greater precision, a nail sinker can be added.

Unlike standard offset hooks, which offer limited eye position adjustment in backslide setups, the SLIDE PIERCE Hook provides enhanced versatility.  It also features Ryugi’s exclusive TC Coating, ensuring strong hooking performance even in challenging conditions—such as fishing over cover or making long-distance casts where hooking power may be compromised.
