5. MOBILE INFORMATION AND SMS CONSENT

The terms in this section control over any other provision of this Privacy Policy concerning the disclosure of mobile information or messaging consent.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in information and consent will not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may provide mobile information to vendors that perform services on our behalf solely as necessary to operate and support our messaging program, such as message transmission, platform hosting, customer support, security, and consent-record management. These vendors are not authorized to use mobile information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may also disclose mobile information when required by applicable law, legal process, or a valid government request.

Consent to receive text messages is specific to Copperstate Tackle and is not transferred to another business for that business’s marketing.

6. COPPERSTATE TACKLE TEXT MESSAGING PROGRAM

When you affirmatively opt in to a Copperstate Tackle text messaging program, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Copperstate Tackle at the mobile number you provided.

Depending on the program and the disclosure shown when you enroll, messages may include promotions, product announcements, sales, store events, availability alerts, customer-care communications, and requested order or service updates.

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message. After submitting STOP, you may receive one confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. You will not receive additional messages from that messaging program unless you enroll again.

For assistance, reply HELP or contact Copperstate Tackle using the information at the end of this Privacy Policy.

Your wireless carrier’s message and data rates and other terms may apply. Copperstate Tackle does not charge a separate fee for enrolling in its text messaging program.

7. EMAIL MARKETING

You may voluntarily subscribe to marketing emails. You can unsubscribe by using the unsubscribe link included in an email or by contacting us.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not prevent us from sending non-marketing communications concerning transactions, accounts, orders, security, or customer-service requests.

8. ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICS

We may use analytics and advertising providers to understand use of our Services, measure advertising performance, and deliver or evaluate advertising.

These activities may involve cookies, device identifiers, browsing information, and similar technologies. They do not change the mobile information restrictions described in Section 5. Mobile numbers and text messaging consent data are not provided to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

You may be able to manage cookies through your browser, device, or available website privacy controls. Disabling cookies may affect some features of the Services.
