• INSIGHT FROM THE PROS - This casting reel was designed in partnership with Major League Fishing Pro Angler and KastKing Pro Cliff Crochet. When he told us that "The only thing drag's ever done for me is get in the way or not do its duty", we decided to build a reel with no braking system, instead utilizing a spool locking physical design. There is no drag. This reel is locked down so it will not slip, even under the harshest conditions.

The KastKing Speed Demon Elite Deadbolt utilizes an exceptionally solid aluminum frame along with carbon side covers for zero flex. This reel maintains strength while eliminating weight, resulting in a reel that weighs merely 6.7 ounces but will stand up to violent hook sets and large fish.
• SMOOTH AND RELIABLE – The DeadBolt baitcaster uses 10 double-shielded, stainless-steel bearings including two, free-spin super speed spool bearings that provide you with amazing ultra-smooth performance and extra-long casts plus an instant stop anti-reverse bearing for a total of 10+1 ball bearings. Spool breaking is managed with a centrifugal braking system and a fine-tuning Demon Eye for precise management of overruns and backlashes while still delivering long, accurate casts.
